Background & Client Challenge

Carbery identified a requirement to increase wastewater storage capacity and improve operational resilience ahead of its Wastewater Treatment Plant. The new Dairy Sump Facility was designed to provide additional buffering capacity during abnormal process conditions while improving environmental protection and operational visibility.

What We Did

DOR Group delivered the complete electrical and control systems package for the new facility. Works included distribution upgrades, MCC modifications, VSD-controlled pumping systems, instrumentation integration, containment installation, process control infrastructure and commissioning support. The project required close coordination with civil, mechanical and process contractors while maintaining continuity across critical manufacturing operations.
